Actionable insights for better public services
Introduction
At the heart of effective property management lies data-driven intelligence. By harnessing the power of comprehensive and accurate property data, our team of expert analysts can unlock invaluable insights that inform strategic decision-making. We employ advanced analytical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies within the data, enabling us to identify opportunities for optimisation, risk mitigation, and cost savings.
Our intelligence-driven approach ensures that property portfolios are managed with precision, aligning with organisational objectives and maximising the value derived from these crucial assets. Whether you require in-depth portfolio analysis, predictive modelling, or targeted recommendations, our data analysts leverage the latest tools and methodologies to deliver actionable intelligence tailored to requirements.
We are primarily responsible for producing the State of the Estate (SoftE) Report which fulfils the requirement in the Climate Change Act 20081 to assess the progress made in the year towards improving the efficiency and contribution to sustainability of buildings that are part of the government’s estate. The focus of the report is on the central government estate and does not include local authority assets or estates managed by the Devolved Administrations. The report provides details on the following aspects of the Government estate:
- How the estate is comprised
- The size of the estate
- Running costs of the estate
- Progress towards a greener estate
